Buttler has 32 off 12 balls so far, looking like my 260-280 prediction was spot on ;)

    265-5 49 overs.

Thankfully Bopara got out when he did. 54 runs off 3 overs since he went.

McClenaghan had great figures, until going for 36 (I think) off his last two overs, Mills going for 22 for the over sandwiched in between. Last over now.

And he smashes Southee back over his head first of the three balls. :-)

    278-6, two balls to go.

Southee tries to go wide but just too wide, then ANOTHER six the next ball.

Buttler 45 no out, one ball left... come on.

Unlucky Buttler. Great innings. Would've been the fastest (international?) 50 ever in ODI cricket ever if he had made it with that last ball.

So close to the fastest half century ever in one day cricket, Buttler finished on 47 from 16 balls

    287-6
  • 64 runs scored off the last 3 overs. Spectacular stuff from Buttler & Morgan.

Threaders just been hit for two consecutive sixes. As long as Taylor is in it's still game on.

Taylor out. Great stuff from Finn. Not the best bowling from Tredwell there

Taylor out with a comical double act on the boundary between Finn and Bresnan. Another wicket for Treaders.
    Should be all over soon.
Bring on the Aussies on Saturday!

    235-9 42.5ovs

Was getting edgy for a minute there, all the time Taylor was in they had a chance of making it to the target. Should be the end of NZ now though with that great bit of work between Finn/Bresnan.

53 to win from 43. One wicket left. 10 and 11 out there.

    Squeaky bum time.

Bopara: 0-21 (6 overs). Doesn't get too many wickets but usually can tie up an end effectively.

    37 to win from 24.

    England win by 34 runs.

Number 11, out of nowhere, cracks a great shot to deep point but straight down the fielders throat. Unlucky!
