Tahiti are defending a lot deeper than they did against Nigeria.

Do people find one-sided games entertaining? I'm so bored watching this.

Have £10 on over 7.5 goals in the game at 4/9, looked like easy profit but was getting worried after 30 mins. As Tahiti get tired I'd expect a few more goals, so I'm going with 9-0.

Tahiti beat Samoa 10-1 last year. That's Sunday league standard.

Had £10 on a goal in the first 10 minutes at 1/1. Thought that was pretty much guaranteed.

Watching the game tonight I am seriously struggling to understand how on earth Tahiti qualified for the Confederation Cup over New Zealand especially given the kiwis heroic efforts in South Africa

nothing much to be honest, just tahati players getting a clap.

How did they get in ahead of NZ though? seems a bit silly

Spain buggered off and let Tahiti take the applause from the crowd.

Spain shook all the Tahiti player's fans and left the field. Leaving Tahiti out on the pitch to get applauded by the Brazil fans, who were chanting 'Tahiti' and cheering them.

    That was a nice touch.

Tahiti did well in the 1st half and clearly enjoyed themselves.

New Zealand lost 2-0 against the mighty New Caledonia in the semi finals, and Tahiti went on to win it.

Chris Wood scored 4 in the tournament so they had a decent squad in it.

May I just add that the game they lost 2-0 against New Caledonia was in ridiculously hot temperatures on, most likely, a pitch worse than the Valley last season.

Talking of little clubs, Iran have qualified for the World Cup

Iran has a population of circa 75 million people and have qualified for the WC five times now.

Tahiti played a gutsy high line but I suppose 10-0 says it all. If they kept it a bit more disciplined instead of going all guns blazing the scoreline could have been a more healthy 5-0. They played some tidy football at times with well timed tackles.

Really? Have you ever seen Sergio Ramos? :)

Great imagination there from Balotelli, brilliant flick to help set that up.
