    No way would I start stephens and hughes in the middle, both so pedestrian on the ball and offer nothing going forward.

    Honestly feel poyet should be given a chance, seen enough of him to know the boy has a football brain and can certainly pick a creative pass which is something many of our cm's lack

    This will be my first League cup game since we beat QPR 3-0 over two legs (1998-1999), as I cannot go to the game on Saturday, I am missing my football fix. by the way the OPR game was my first game I had seen at the Valley since the final game of the 1957/58 season (lost to Blackburn 3-4). I am going for a 3-0 win to CP's Red & White Army.

    Church needs the games. And we can't risk injuries to our first team, against a team that will be fired up, and flying into tackles everywhere.

    The first teamers in the squad are the wide men, (Green will need to get some game time anyway) to supply the bullets, and the strikers, who have had limited time training with the team.

    I would like to see a near full strength team out tonight with the exception of Yan playing ( give him all the rest he can get )and I would like to see Cousins start.
    I really do not like the idea of another night of crap cup football like we have been treated to over recent years .

    He played against Orient in this competition last year
