that's hideously embarrassing. great result san marino mind0

At least they've got the excuse of playing away...
Another excuse they could use is that it was 27 degrees and the ground was flat...0 -

Positive thoughts
Decent club representation... 5 players involved / considered for international duty

With full-backs Sam Ricketts and Adam Matthews pulling out with injury today, I wonder if that means a full call up for Rhoys. Outside chance I suppose as they already have Neil Taylor, Ben Davies and Paul Dummett as left backs but they are down to the bare bones and only have Chris Gunter to play on the right and 3 fit centre halves.0

They have called up Wiggins0

Very alert chaps. I see Davies and Dummett are out now so Rhoys is the second choice left back. Well done Wiggo.

Afraid he will probably only be 3rd choice with Neil Taylor and Ben Davies being top twoISawLeaburnScore said:Very alert chaps. I see Davies and Dummett are out now so Rhoys is the second choice left back. Well done Wiggo.
Just realised its Ben Davies out feel a tit now haha0 -
Not to worry - approximately 58% of the Welsh population have the surname Davies ;-)0

Well done rhoys.0

Funny how he has been overlooked for the last 2 years when he has been awesome but gets his call up now when he's not at his best.0
-
When was the last time we had two players in the same full international squad ?0
-
Well done Rhoys, surprised more hasn't been made of it on here actually.0

Whilst obviously great for Rhoys on a personal level, us having Wales' 4th choice left back who's only been called up after countless injuries doesn't really warrant much of a song and dance does it? They've got players in their squad who've never even played a senior game. Who are Lloyd Isgrove and Daniel Alfei?0 -
I would go with that logic if it was any other position but 2 of their top left backs play for Swansea and are both PL standard.Chris_from_Sidcup said:cafctom said:Well done Rhoys, surprised more hasn't been made of it on here actually.
