Getting bit worried now that we aren't going to bring in any wingers still think we need a minimum of one.
Thought we was gonna be a bit busier than this today , hope I'm just jumping the gun but we aren't even being linked with anyone apart from gradel and cisse and they're both off.

“When I was young I always watched Charlton play in the Premier League.

“I remember players like Matt Holland. It was a big club then and it is still a big club now. For me it is a dream to play here.”

Matt Holland is big in Poland.

I lived in Poland for a fair chunk of our premier league years and was always sure that they had a charlton fan choosing the televised games, nearly every match we played was available live on one channel or another, seemingly more than any other team. It's not really a big surprise that poles might know a bit about the team from back then

@TFootballFamily: Harry Redknapp has just admitted that he has never seen Guilherme Dellatorre. "I know he's young". #QPR

Gradel fell apart so we need to move onto someone else.

Heard he was legless last night ..... and with the deadline, it's not enough just to get bodies in

Can't see Poyet starting this one.

    Mind you how about:

    Hamer

    Hughes Morrison Dervite Wiggins

    Green Cousins Jackson Harriott

    Church Sordell

Subs. Phillips, Wood, Poyet, Lennon, Pritchard, Sho Silva, Cook

    ?

A starting line up like that would put the cat in don't you think?
So, the degree to which Chris Powell deviates from such a line up will tell us a lot about present circumstances.

Mind you, if the above team played and won, a lot of people would have a lot of thinking to do.

Jackson, unless he's been taking the monkey glands for the past week, is past it - totally off the pace and it's almost pitiful watching him trying to keep up. Green was OK against Oxford at The Valley, as he should have been, but doesn't produce the goods against better opponents. Harriott seems to have lost his way this year. Church will score if you make a chance for him but that midfield won't do that. Sordell could make something out of nothing but too often makes nothing out of something.

If that team played and won, my flabber would be totally ghasted.
