CL Prediction Cup 1st round draw **DRAW at top of Page 2**

As mentioned last week, the top 64 in the Prediction League will be entered into the CL Prediction Cup draw which starts this weekend. AllLeftFoot is the unlucky one to miss out - six tied for 60th place, but AllLeftFoot was placed lowest last week and, therefore, misses the cut . AFKA's late surge from 104th to 102nd was not enough for him to make the cut.

The draw will take place at 1pm on Wednesday 5th February. If you want to see the draw take place live over the internet you can use the details at the end of the post. The draw will start at 1pm sharp.

The rules are as follows:

1. Like any other cup competition two entrants will be drawn to play each other. As usual the winner will go through to the next round.
2. Your score will be the points scored from your usual weekly predictions. You don't have to do anything different. If you fail to register your predictions, you will score zero.
3. Each round will be played over two weeks. If one player wins in the first week, that player will progress to the next round. If there is a draw in the first week, a replay will take place in the second week for each round.
4. Where there are two consecutive draws, the player who is highest placed in the league table after the replay will go through to the next round
5. Where there are two consecutive draws and the players are tied in the league table, the player who was placed higher at the most recent previous week will progress to the next round.

Any disputes will be resolved by Thai Malaysia Addick and shirty5. If you wish to appeal against decision, you will need to make a non-refundable deposit of £1000 so that we can go to the pub and mull over it.

The result of the draw will posted here just after 1pm on Wednesday 5th February.
