    Roy Hodgson will be very happy, but the FA very disappointed I'd imagine. They are already very worried about the sale of Club Wembley seat licences in two to three years time and this list of fixtures is about as uninspiring as it gets. Not one match to look forward to.

    Great draw for England, glad we avoided group A!

    I shall be looking into getting tickets and organising a coach from Albufeira to the Algarve stadium for Gib home games.

    was hoping for kazakhstan, azerbaijan or georgia as there are direct flights from urumqi to almaty, baku and tbilisi.

    Top 2 from each group and the best 3rd place team qualify automatically. The remaining 3rd place teams go into the playoffs. At the tournament there is 6 groups of 4 with the top 2 and the 4 best 3rd place teams entering the knockout round meaning only 8 are eliminated in the group stage.

    Even a 1970s England team could make that knockout round.
