No point in Church or "Quavers" taking it - get Jacko back on the gig

I'd imagine Jackson is a cert surely?

    That or someone like Sordell.

I refuse to speculate on an event so unlikely...

    Got to be JJ surely?

I'd let Lawrie take them, he is quality.

    Danny Green

This, if Danny Green is on the pitch, it is a set piece so he HAS to take it, no one else is allowed to take set pieces/throw ins when Green is on the pitch because it's his ball and if you disagree he will take it home.

It was a shame because other than that he looked lively throughout and had a good game scoring a great goal. I would have had Jacko from those on the pitch.

Sordell is/was a penalty taker - it's not as if he has never scored from the spot.

However surely any well organised club has a clear hierarchy of takers depending on who is on the pitch at the time?

It's possible Sordell was indeed the nominated taker but if either they had no clue who should take it, or Jackson was the nominated taker (but didn't take it), then my opinion of both players (and Riga) has fallen a notch or two.

It was a shite pen, but end of the day you see players like messi, Rooney, ronaldo, lampard miss pens on occasions.

It's not like a curse, if you miss one you will never score another.

I liked Sordells performance today, he has definitely improved recently.

If he wants to stay at the club (if we stay up) and plays more consistently, then I say have a bit of faith and let him take (our rare spot kicks). He obviously takes them well in training that's why he stepped up today (you would have thought).

And why did he stop taking them, oh yeah he missed a couple in a row, there are 4 corners thats where penalties should be going
