Can we compile a list of so called light weights who are or was good at football, they do not have to play for Charlton.

    Inzaghi, Del Piero, Pirlo, Suarez.

    The list is endless.

    At the end of the day you just need a balance in the team. I think all you need are decent sized defenders, one tackling midfielder and the rest can be lightweight.

  • I remember Millwall having an ex-Spurs winger in the late 60's/early 70's by the name of Derek Possee. He was around 5ft 3ins and scored a fair few goals for them.

    I remember Millwall having an ex-Spurs winger in the late 60's/early 70's by the name of Derek Possee. He was around 5ft 3ins and scored a fair few goals for them.

    Posses and Keith Weller were a class act for the 2nd division. Weller went to Leicester where I presume he would have played with our own Len Glover.

    Agree dizzee, the reason why i don't buy the light weight bollocks regarding Reza. Case closed.
