    Morts is now saying that Charlton first 25 mins were different class.

    Talking about lack of crowd, lack of support, no drum, no atmosphere.

    Morts said that he fancies West Brom to pick up a gear 2nd half and reckons they will win 3-1 !!!!!!!!!
    Of course, he doesn't realise the mikes left on

    Talking about good players crumple and do stupid things they never nmean to do when they sense the crowd is not with them.

    Confidence amongst players - some are quite fragile, if they foul up and they get frightened of making a mistake.
    And of course they mess up again.

    Then the crowd single him out, and the player maskes another mistake and it all collapses on him.




    There you have it from a Charlton legend himself - some players are worldbeaters when it goes right for them.

    But if that player makes a mistake and the crowd single him out, it can destroy him, and so the crowd get at him again.

    Shows that with most players, the crowd make or break a player.
