Surely not Henry, after all why would any manager want somebody who is a leader on and off the field.

Vetokele, Bulot and Gudmundsson to start? If yes then expect a decent result.

Vetokele and Gudmundsson expected to play, but after BP's comments, expect Bulot to be on the bench

Do you not think Cousins would be better in the middle?

    Would you drop Buyens?

Hopefully Johan plays. I'd also like to see Bulot given a starting spot but I think he'll be used as a sub again. 1-0 Addicks. Igor

Nice one Ben18...those 4 LOLs beat those achieved in the Chuckle Brothers career by about...4!! :-)

I'm back from hols for this and looking forward to a 3-1 win to the Addicks!!

I was responding to you comment that Jackson shouldn't be undroppable. He is droppable but the four managers he's had here have all decided to carrying on picking him, presumably because they feel he brings something to the side.
  • Imagine a midfield of JBG, Buyens, Cousins (back in his rightful position to add energy) and Bulot.

Jacko isn't and shouldn't be undroppable.

    Latest is that:
    vetokele fit to play
    Gudmundsson maybe
    Bulot taking time to assimilate
So Gudmundsson or Bulot(if JBG not fit), Jackson, Buyens, Cousins, Vetokele +1.
The +1 might be a striker (Tucudean) or we might try 4-5-1... But Peeters hasn't played that all season - see 4-4-2 thread.

It's a squad game and the players coming on after an hour should be contributing.

Jackson brings something to the whole club - perhaps that's why he was offered and signed a two year extension when Powell was replaced by Riga. I don't expect him to finish every game but, with the current squad, I'd see him starting most.

The bookies are still not convinced about CAFC as for the 8th game in a row we are 2nd favs.

    Roth 13-10 CA 8-5 draw 9-4

The results have been fantastic, if not all the performances.

So far we seem to have a harder edge, (because of Big Bad Bob ? )

3-2 win to make the long trip home sweeter.

  • Stonking away win with our best performance to-date (4-1)

Gudmundsen (sp) has a groin injury, not hamstring (not that it matters).

Rope-a-dope football. Soak it up and hit them on the break. BP's 4-4-2 system and counter attacking style of play is well suited to this type of game. Charlton 2-0.

I'll go for a 2-1 away win. If there's any doubt over the fitness of Gudmundsson, I personally wouldn't risk him and give Wilson a chance to redeem himself after his below par performance mid-week.

Solly back in an otherwise unchanged side..............

2-0 to rotherham. Woeful display again but this time we wont get away with it.
  • No reason why we shouldn't smash 'em...but sadly I reckon we will lose 1-0 instead.

I have successfully predicted on this site the scores in the last two games. Therefore I process a far superior footballing knowledge than anyone else on the planet.

    Rotherham 0 v Addicks 9 (nine)

I'm sure the bookies will give you a generous 20/1 on that.
