Vetokele 8 Enormous, whole-hearted performance. Should be spoken of in similar terms to Yann
Moussa 7.5 Surprisingly good. Starts the next one on the wing, hopefully.

Henderson-7 quiet day at the office
Solly-7 saw a couple of wayward passes, that some of you must of missed, still quality thou.
Wiggins-7. 2nd half at new york and today more like it.
Bikey-7.5 a cult hero, thou shall not pass me.
Ben Haim-7 mandatory couple of bad passes but give everything for the cause.
Gudmundsson-6.5 always look class on the ball, hope it's just a sprained ankle.
Buyens-6 not best game but never hides.
Jackson-5 put in a shift but little impact on game.
Cousins-7.5 so much better when not on left, power run from midfield in 2nd half.
Bulot-7 decent on the ball, and could be a good prospect.
Vetokele-7 last 2 games he seems to be marked by 2 players. did well as lone striker for most of match
Moussa-7.5 Was strong on the ball, and passed well, can't seem to get the final shot executed.

Tucudean - didn't notice him much though has a desire to win which is good.
Wilson - nearly won it near the end.

Bob Peeters - well timed positive subs in second half, think he is getting most of the players he has in front of him.
Ref - inconsistent had a poor game. Adomah should have got straight red for terrible challenge. Only 4 mins extra time was a joke.

Henderson - 7 Solid. Despite Boro's possession in the 1st half, had little to do.

Solly - 7 Really getting back to his best. I consider that he was helped by the change in the 1st half when Gudmundsson and Cousins changed wings. Was running on empty, I thought, which was the reason for the introduction of Wilson.

Wiggins - 7 Again, much improved performance. Helped by the change of wingers, and later the introduction of Moussa. Got forward much more than in recent games.

Bikey - 7.5 Looked to me that he thoroughly loved being Boro's "Boo boy". Another top performance.

Ben Haim - 8 MOTM Showed both character, and leadership. Was the one to try to calm down the Beast after the flair up. Showed no small degree of skill when carrying the ball out from defence.

Gudmundsson - 6 Such a skillful player. Hope the injury isn't too serious. Looked particularly good when moved to the left.

Buyens - 6 Not as commanding as he has been, but needs help from whoever else is in central. When Cousins moved into central midfield, freed hum up to operate farther forward.

Jackson - 5 Poor Jacko! One of those games for the skipper. Always arrived at where the ball was 2 seconds before. We need someone to help out Buyens in central midfield and, on this performance, Jacko may not be that person. As for him not taking corners, (he still is the main free kick taker) who is more likely to come up with the vital headed goal? I would much rather Jacko was in the mix at corners than, say, Bulot or Gudmundsson.

Cousins - 7.5 We are so lucky to have him. How many other players could play in 3 different positions in one game? Outstanding when moved into the centre.

Bulot - 8 Quiet in the 1st half, outstanding in the 2nd. Seemed to be 3 of him on the pitch, at the heart of everything we did. Unlucky not to score. Looks like a real link for us between midfield and defence.

Vetokele - 7 Tireless effort from Igor, with very little real ball to work with. A constant pest to the Boro defence.

Moussa - 6.5 I thought his body language showed that he was uncomfortable ot on the left wing. However, stuck to his task really well, and was a constant threat in the left. Great to see someone willing to give his all, even when out of position.

BB - 9 Under difficult circumstances, with losing a key player to injury in the 1st half, made intelligent, and quite aggressive substitutions.

Ben Haim 7.5 Bikey gets the big cheers but Ben Haim needs credit for a good defense
Gudmundsson 7 looked good until the injury
Buyens 6.5 He improved 2nd half, so did the performance. Coincidence? Probably not.
Jackson 5 His passion is palpable, his presence is not
Cousins 7 Showed what he can do in the middle, albeit against 10 men mostly
Bulot 6.5 All sizzle not a lot of sausage but good signs if he knuckles down
Vetokele 7.5 Genuine all round striker, 2.5mill was a bargain
Moussa 7 give him more than 10-15 minutes a game and he will make things happen
