I'll admit I've never been his biggest fan, but Rooney seems to have gone a fair bit backwards to me

    Who's that then?
  • I'm guessing Rooney.

is that his all round ability or his hairline? .. (but seriously): to me, he is still an outstanding player, he was something of a youthful prodigy .. 'the game' and many other players have simply caught him up

Boring as hell this, hoping for an Estonian goal to liven it up a bit

Might stick RedZone on in a bit, much better viewing

Thought it might have been Alan Green....

Would much rather watch countdown and try to take part. Than watch another minute of this crud. Same old boring England

I've got to suffer X Factor later.

    Still preferable to this though.

    What is it about England?
  • This is toilet absolutely shite

    Is Jonjo on the bench?

We need a spark of creativity.

Ditto, marginally rather listen to Cheryl and Louis Walsh talking shit than Tyldesley and Townsend.

I am really enjoying the game.
  • This is totally utterly ridiculously rubbish.

Why are they playing at such a slow pace. This is Estonia with ten men. They should be charging in at them.
  • No Rooney is a quality player.
  • I've given it a fair crack but after 72 minutes it's off. Like watching paint dry.

You Knew they would score after you turned it off.

Keeper should've gone for that with one hand, would've saved it.

    But yay great etc.

I was on the phone when we scored but saw it.

Poor keeping but credit to Rooney for hitting the target unlike his earlier free kick.

I have to agree with you, apart from his goal, and people will say that is what counts, I thought he was a weak link going forward, missed more shots than anyone else and made a few bad passes. Am I the only one that thinks Chambers is not England material? I have watched both of England's last two games, and do not rate him at all, I know he is young, but what he cost from Southampton I would expect more.
