Just had a great chance Karlan was waiting by the penalty spot for the ball to be played back to him, but for some reason it went to a player on the edge of the area instead. If it had gone to Karlan I think he would have scored

subbed off on 79 minutes, played well, displayed a lot of very good close control, impressive debut.

Very confident 78 mins from KAG

Liked the way he made himself available when we had the ball going forward.

    Onwards & upwards !

I like the look of KAG. He certainly has a physical presence about him. Definitely one for the future.

    Seyi Ojo
  • Pigott got a couple for the U21s last night but KAG also got one. I don't think Pigott is quite ready yet (worth a place on the bench ahead of George maybe?) but if Bob is going to play two up front, could KAG be the partner Igor needs? He's relatively strong and pretty quick. I thought he was one of the few that impressed away at Fulham, but then not so much at home to Wednesday (although I thought his movement off the ball was clever).

would rather have pig in front of george. Both offer the same amount (not much) but at least we know joe can put it in the back of the net.

    Exactly.

At u21 level and League 2 not sure he will at Championship level, George has done it a couple of times and has been part of the team that have produced better performances in my opinion.

Seen tucudean do it for us 2 or 3 times..
  • Am sorry but its clear that Joe Pigott had his poor game against Millwall last season so on that basis shouldnt be given another chance... Morgan Fox is just lucky there is no other Left-Back in contention whilst Rhoys Wiggins else he'd have been chopped long ago.

You know how it is... Just because they're academy players they shouldnt be protected more so than other players ;)

Pigott better than George? George has been frustrating but has shown more ability than Pigott has. I'm sure George would also score regularly at u21 level.

That's the most ridiculous thing I have heard this season.

Does 11 games and no goals mean we know he can put it in the back of the net?

No, it just means he's a typical Charlton striker.
