given the clubs aim of retaining season ticket holders, it is important if one person didn't receive a call, why? cos if one didn't there is bound to be more, which might suggest their marketing attempt wasn't effective.
there are various grades of fans, die hards, occasionals that might upgrade to STs, waverers who have to make hard choices with finance, etc
I am sure Airman can give more info on this, but it is an important topic in my view, as is the 'narrative' fan involvement and 'ownership' of the club, otherwise it just becomes a loyalty free franchise
My personal view is that if you combined marketing techniques with the latter, we would stand a great chance of reversing the trend of falling gates, and Season ticket holders; as well as an effective pricing policy. And we need to get it sorted before west ham start flooding the South with cheap premier league tickets0 -
