If you are a Tottenham Fan, and you've got a big nose
We'll recognise you instantly, as one of those
You'll stroll into the Watermans Arms, and hear that mighty roar
Fuck off you Tottenham bastards, we are the Charlton boys
    i o i o we are the Charlton boys, i o i o we are the Charlton boys

Close, but not quite the version I recall.
Over 30 years since I heard it, so I can live with "not quite" :-)

Goodbye horse, goodbye horse, saying goodbye to his horse....

Being sung by Hove station as it was kicking off and a copper was losing control of his horse in the 80s. Brighton, best away day ever.

This one used to get an airing at northern away games during the miners strike:

He's only a poor little miner, who should be at work at the shaft.

He's not digging coal cause he's on the dole, mcgregor has had the last laugh.

Agreed (actually about half right i think), by some wierd coincidence I was singing this song to myself the other day (just don't ask me why?) & I couldn't remember the first two lines but sure it isn't these. This sounds like a remix ;-)

Charlton FC have got a reputation,
    For smashing up the station,
On the Southern Region.....to the tune of Bonnie and Clyde.
  • Knees up Mother Brown

I liked the "Bees up Fulham down" version from Brentford last year.
Remember Luton singing....Knees up Luton Town, Knees up Luton Town.....
  • I saw a mouse where there on the stairs....where on the stairs right there....a little mouse with cloggs on there on the stairs singing.....der der der der der der CHARLTON.
  • Give us a C........H.......A......R.....L.....T.....O......N.....put it together and what have you got....Charlton.
  • To the tune of the C&W classic by Dolly Parton..

    Roly, Roly, Roly, Ro-leeeeeeee
Please don't f_*k us just because you can.

    We'll see you all outside
    We'll see you all outside
    We'll see you all outside
    We'll see you all

And repeat, to the tune of those were the days my friends.
