Good move me thinks can't understand all the wailing if I am honest, give it a go and see where it takes us. All clubs these days have a large backroom staff and I get the fact that Luton wants known faces, we all do it at work if we are able to chose who we employ.

we needed someone to complete our triumvirate of coaches , we got the best possible one available for our budget and management set up

I cannot understand all the negativity.
This is the management duo that got Standard Liege to the Champions League.
They clearly know about producing successful football teams and that has to be good for Charlton.
Give the guys a chance.

There aren't any negative comments about his appointment.

There are many confused comments, as to who is in charge of who/what.

I grant you Seth was less than positive, but he is about everything RD. (He may be right, if overstated.)

I am glad you said less than positive rather than outright negative. I prefer to think of my stance as sceptical.
