    Didn't we do this in the 2006/07 season? (Spending more than the previous 5 seasons combined). We don't know vast sums of money bringing in new faces during the transfer window will yield results.


    You are right, we don't know - so it is just speculation. What we do know as fact is that not doing it has lead to us being in a relegation place. So it wouldn't hurt to try...
