There you go Putin... You now have permission to "accidentally" take out Blatter with a Russian SniperChizz said:So it turns out that there might have been something fishy with the award of the World Cup to Russia. Who knew..?

On a side note, I know little about the candidates but would really like Tokyo Sexwale to win on his name alone.5

All of these Candidates to me seem as though they're sending a silent message... We have learnt from this fiasco, so we will learn to be more careful when we are conducting corrupt dealings1

Blatter seems to be blaming those dastardly Frogs, who apparently were bribed by the wrong country and went for Qatar instead of America, as had previously been agreed BEFORE THE BLEEDIN' VOTE!!! If that hadn't happened everything would have been okay allegedly.
You couldn't make this shit up!2 -
I.couldn't decide whether Sex Whale or Sex Wail would yield better jokes. Judging by the above, it's Wail.0

Am I reading this incorrectly, or is he basically suggesting it was fixed for Russia and the US of A to win their bids?ForeverAddickted said:
Whilst their is a strong possibility of misquotation, he goes on to say "if the USA had won their bid, Russia would be wonderful and Fifa would be wonderful" so is he basically saying...it's fine to be corrupt; just don't get caught?

The FA, now trying to get back from FIFA the millions we spent trying to win the 2018 world cup, which had already been given to Russia. The only thing I find amusing, is the behind scenes backhanders given to officials for different countries to vote for world cup winning countries, when it now appears that the vote did not matter, because it was already a done deal.1

It is so corrupt and ridiculous i can see it working its way full circle and winding up still corrupt and ridiculous...0

So it's no wonder the USA and its FBI are going after FIFA officials. They bought the 2022 World Cup in good faith!2

Excellent piece with David Dein on SSN just now. On FIFA: "shut the whole thing down, send in the forensic accountants, clean it up, and start again"1

If ever there was a tacit admission of guilt, this is it ...anything to avoid a courtroom.0

Don't worry chaps, Sepp is fine and just chillaxing in his hollowed out volcano waiting to go on trial. His lawyer, who has no interest in his client becoming unfit to answer charges whatsoever, says so...

Sepp Blatter is in hospital with a temperature of 39 degrees , or as he describes it , the perfect temperature for playing football...13

So predicable Sept. In other words, I am unable to travel so I cannot be extradited0

New candidates for his replacement have been named, I'm giving my support to Tokyo Sexwale.0

Seems even the Angels or Devil didnt want Blatter...
Suspended Fifa president Sepp Blatter has been speaking to Swiss TV following his recent time in hospital.
Sounds a bit more serious than a "small emotional breakdown" though...
Sepp Blatter to Swiss TV: I was close to death. I sat between angels singing and the fire of the devil.
