    Thank you so much for your kind offer to take us to heathrow tomorrow.
    My husband got a quote from an Eltham based cab firm, which we thought they'd forgotten it was NYD, but double checked and it was £55 so paid in advance!
    As tempting as the offer was to discuss CAFC the whole way to Heathrow, I think I'd like to start my 2016 off on positive note! Thanks again and Happy New Year.
