Can't help thinking that there's an awful lot of analysis going on into the blokes motives on both sides of the coin whereas the reality appears to be that he clearly doesn't think much of the current regime and was recently presented with another opportunity to put something out there that supported his point of view.
Whether that point of view is right, wrong or somewhere in between is another argument but I don't think the timing is of any significance at all.5 -

Freedom of speech. If you don't like or believe what the guy has to say then ignore it. I believe it's true and knew a lot of it at the time it happened from someone within the club (straight after full time at Utd in the cup) plus other bits, so believe all he says. What agenda would he have to lie? Not like he was sacked, he left the job which is a big risk to his future as he didn't like what was going on.
