Maybe short on human shields for the car park?
  • Should have said yes, he's handing out black & white scarves before the match.

This would confuse people as he has a very strong Welsh accent.

Another example from the 'Bunper book of Corrupt Regime Tactics'.

First - control all media outlets ruthlessly suppressing outlets not on message

Second - use children as a human shield to deflect protest

Katrien will be subjected to a no-holds-barred up front interview by a 9-year-old hand-picked supporter. But Richard Murray will be on hand in case the questions get too hard.

And of course thirdly -hide behind hospital and hospital related facilities (NHS call centre)

    What's next?

    Random executions (tried that)
Development of a nuclear weapon? Staprix components anyone?

No worries, the main protest last time was after the game, and even before hand it made no difference.

How about we get 'Robin' and 'Knight' to join in the protest. If they won't play ball then mug them and pinch their costumes.
  • That's fine... the protest isnt until 5pm so won't have any effect on this

Just had the same call. Thankfully I had read this idea and this was my response.

Met with a slight pause, then "ok bye"

We just need to protest behind the North Stand then, in which case we could view this announcement as doing us a service:

"Worried about the potential for your children being exposed to bad language whilst you're protesting against our regime? Send them to the family fun zone around the corner and vent your anger without restraint! Charlton; the club which cares."

No one's got any excuse for not doing their bit now.. ;)
