    That putting back on the shelf a bag of salted nuts, walking 1/2 a mile to a Holland & Barrett to buy a bag of unsalted nuts for twice the price, was a wasted effort in trying to be healthier when you then follow it up with four pints of lager, a pizza and a chocolate bar.
