I still haven't bought 2 tickets for the game using the code. Anyone else gonna buy on the door? I'm hoping they will be open and allow me to use the discount code otherwise I'll be miffed to miss The Upbeats game? no time to ring today - (aren't they shut anyway?) and have a day off tomorrow and out so prob wont get a chance to call.

Gutted again to miss the Upbeats game as I did last year, and as tempting as it to see if I can get Bailey past our stewards and into the game, I can't take the chance that someone will throw him on the pitch ;) So I'll pass and take him home.............

Heading to hit 9k before lunchtime, fantastic effort. I know there's a few quid to add to that, so can we hit 10k by the end of play today. https://www.justgiving.com/charltonupbeatsday2016

Struth, I only went for a shower. ;)...........*goes for another one*
  • I've inadvertently made my donation anonymously but it's pushed it over the £9K mark. Don't want anyone to think I'm a cheapskate walker

You are very generous, as always.

That does say 'walker' by the way for those not reading carefully

I rather annoyingly found that you can only buy £20 tickets in the NW Quadrant discounted to £10. I didn't want that so no discount :-(

Good news, it's not raining, and it might keep dry for the walk. Just taking the dog out for 4-5 miles walk as a warm up. See you there, I'm really looking to today.

In the same boat. The dogs look more ready for action than me at this moment.

Been up half the night with stomach pains so not the best preparation. Just had a big turf out so will hopefully be ok.

I hope the female cleaner from work wasn't lurking outside your bog.
You know how she loves the scent of 'eu de dave'
