Particularly like the line "Miere was pictured smirking from the director's box" in the above.

"They have seen little direction under the ownership, and Charlton have plummeted down the league table..."
Some cracking photos in this one too.
Not sure how it's been covered in the printed press though.1 -

5000 peaceful protesters warmly supported by Brighton fans, measured against 1 inarticulate message from a blithering idiot.Bournemouth Addick said:whoateallthepies.tv/videos/236747/championship-charlton-fans-protest-club-ownership-before-brighton-clash-thrown-beachballs-onto-pitch-video.html#comments

Piss poor coverage in the Indy, allegedly written by the Sports Editor. Another sign of the decline of a previously decent newspaper (the website has always, IMO, been cack). independent.co.uk/sport/football/football-league/charlton-beach-ball-protest-angry-fans-halt-championship-match-with-brighton-a6998291.html0

Good piece by Rob Virtue of The Wharf paper. Attacks the regime of Roly & Latrien very well..."Such a rich supply of new and quirky stories are emanating from SE7 that the media circus has pitched its tent at The Valley"

When I see what the so-called Big 6 club's fans have been doing this week, I must admit to thinking we did a pretty good job of our protests.31

I dont miss some of the threats and abuse that's for sure but this I accepted came with the territory, the sense of achievement, empowerment that we did have a voice and comraderie made it feel worth while however.
Right now, I am very happy with a future of just watching my team again and consigning the protests to memories.
The Burnley game will live long as one of those. What a day!

I don’t miss any of it to be honest, glad it’s all over, we’ve still got a club, and at the moment appear to have landed on our feet with a decent caring owner, who respects the fans (not customers).1

Did TK ever catch the culprit that destroyed the sofa? I know he was keen to find out who it wasHenry Irving said:

I was glad we were doing it all, but am glad that now we kind of watch from the shore whilst other sailors struggle with the storm.
We did our bit, and what struck me about the actual chants from the Arsenal fans yesterday was it was like a Charlton Athletic fans tribute act.
Nice to see them trying though.5 -
