swede (not Sven)

Garden peas

Green beans

Onion gravy

two aunt bessies yorkshire pudds

Horse raddish sauce and a dob of English mustard

nicccccccccccceeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee


ill live with The Gout for that dinner.

    take the devil's veg off PEAS absolutely disgusting can't bear 'em or Parsnips.

    And it has to be lamb for me.

    Tender Lamb with plenty of mint sauce, roast spuds, mashed swede, parsnips, carrots, peas, stuffing ball, and a yorkshire with currents in.

    Lovely. Happily not have one for another 3 months though. Roast dinner is not a summer thing. Nice king prawn salad in the garden yesterday.

    Wel I dont eat any veg, so mine would be.
    Roast Lamb, crunchy roast potatoes,3 yorkshire puds, gravy and some baked beans. Topped off with some tommy ketch.

    Roast belly of paork-- rub salt into top of it .Cook it on very high for a few mins and the slowish. Great crackling.

    of course paork is the kosher version of PORK. Loin of pork is a good un as well.

    good call with the parsnips and lamb,
    of course then spoiled with the adding of stuffing balls and yorkshire pudds.


    Lamb lots of fresh rosemary. Not sure it adds to the taste but smells brill.

    love the smell of rosemary - I tend to add rosemary to my gravy with a dash of red wine - now that is bloody handsome.

    boiled bacon , mashed pots, cabbage, white suace-niceeeeeeeeeeee (hide the ENGLISH mustard under the table or say it from Kerry !!)
