Exactly what i thought, probably a slip of the finger on the keyboard by the comms team.LeaburnForEngland said:"I’d like to thank Katrien for her hard working in getting the deal done"
Hmm.
When has a player signing interview ever mentioned the CEO working hard to get the deal done?
I find it hard to believe this was offered spontaneously.3 -
Does he know that we never get penalties?2

Welcome Ricky and all the very best of good fortune & luck .. Good to see a player who, if the video is anything to go by, likes to have a shot and is very calculated and accurate when doing so .. not the most consistent of scorers he looks more like a powerful runner from midfield, so he'll need an experienced striker to play off him .. all in all a good signing and if Johnny be Good goes, good luck and farewell, we could do with the money and a more consistent performer0
-
Or maybe he is perceptive enough to know that she's had a lot of flak lately and she did actually contribute to this transfer .LeaburnForEngland said:"I’d like to thank Katrien for her hard working in getting the deal done"

Either way I'm happy that he is a spokesperson

Some of those goals were absolute blinders.2

There is no way he said that on his own behalf and it wouldn't surprise me if a certain individual put that in themselves to make them look good.LeaburnForEngland said:"I’d like to thank Katrien for her hard working in getting the deal done"

It's too late Daisy, too late4 -
Well JBG was never going to stay was he ? After the bullshit they told him last summer just to get him to sign a new contract who can blame him ?Dazzler21 said:
I think we all feel the same!MummysLittleSoldier said:Funny how the signing is pleasing news, yet the very mention of thanking Katrien angers me
He very much looks like a JBG replacement... He's not the fastest but can (probably) cross and definitely get a shot away.5 -

i think there'll be another couple of signings before our decent players are flogged off.thenewbie said:Well, there's our one step forward, what's the two steps back to be? JBG leaving on a free? Cousins joining Palace?

I suppose James Henry's off the table now4

Very good signing0

Northampton fans are unsurprisingly unhappy. Taken from their forum:
Marquis - Replaceable
Rose - Replaceable
Adams - Replaceable
Collins - Replaceable
Holmes - Irreplaceable

-------------Pope
Solly - Tex - Bauer - *New*
---------Kashi - Cousins
Holmes --- Watt --- *New*
--------------Ajoze
With Novak as a backup up top, Harriett and Fox/THD backup on left looks strong as fuck to me4 -
lol .. just 2 years ?!! .. seems a LOT longer .. I must have you mixed up with Tarka the Otter ((:>)ricky_otto said:

So two managers can't share an appreciation of a player?Nicholas said:
So not really a Slade signing then, one of his "top targets" who happened to be linked with us a month before. hmmmmCharlton_Stu said:
Yes he was.Nicholas said:Was this the bloke we was linked with when Wilder was going to come in?

What's not to like? Used to lower-league football, hungry for a new challenge. More please1

As she contributed to or was responsible for every one of the bad decisions made over the last two and a half years, culminating in the team's relegation and the alienation of thousands of fans, presumably.Swisdom said:

According to transfermarkt he is a LW
Could that mean:
-------------POPE
SOLLY---BAUER---TEXEIRA---THD
JBG-----KASHI---COUSINS---HOLMES
-------WATT-----AJOSE
IF JBG, Tex, Kashi, Cousins and Watt stay?
I'm assuming the others will be here.0 -
SUBS: not such a great picture here...
GK
DIARRA
FOX
JACKSON
HARRIOTT
NOVAK1 -
watching the goals video of Holmes he ran with the ball either from the right or centrally, not the left1
-
Told u chaps before Wilder wanted him. The budget at Sheff U was slightly inflated at Wilders interview shall we say. Prob wishing he went Charlton now4

Swap in Diarra for Cousins if he does end up going.CAFCsayer said:-------------Pope
