Like the design, been a fan of shoulder stripes since the Redbus kit. Having a betting sponsor is horrible though.6

At least its not one of those betting companies that use dice or chips as part of the logo though.JiMMy 85 said:Like the design, been a fan of shoulder stripes since the Redbus kit. Having a betting sponsor is horrible though.
BetDaq is a bit more discreet as no one has heard of it0 -
I assume it's because FA regulations don't allow a betting company to advertise on kids shirts.Dazzler21 said:NYA how will it look different?
Erm why the different sponsor? That's a dick move, unless it's because of the betting brand.
Particularly ironic in my case given I let my kids have a correct score or first goalscorer flutter when they come to games with me.4 -
But thats your choice... Your not using a child to advertise a company which is why they dont allow it.newyorkaddick said:

nice shirt, shit sponsor3
-
I'd have thought kids would prefer it blank as they can't have the main sponsor. But they probably got about ten grand of contra value out of selling that space.newyorkaddick said:

Happy with the kit, not that bothered about having a betting sponsor either, but then having a University as our sponsor was a bit weird2

It's not the shirt - it's the players that wear it.0

As kits go it's really nice. Won't be buying though.2

Think we will win the league now4
-
its got a league 1 look about it - not a fan off the 'off red' or the shoulder stripes but not really bothered - strategy change enough for me to renew, not enough to start buying merchandise for the kids yet1

Hope you stuck a tenner on. ;-)Redvaliant said:Betdaq 5000/1

At what age do you stop being a kid?
Does this mean a seventeen year old playing for the first team would have to wear a different sponsor to the rest of the team?
And Chris Solly who has to wear a kid's size kit, what does he do?

Fair enough, it looks a bit big, but I guess they can make it fit. Looks shit though.0

So if we sign this bloke https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Juan_Maldonado_Jaimez does that make him the Interim Juan?CAFCdamo said:
It's a condensed form of Interim. Letting us know that all players and coaching staff are indeed interim.JiMMy 85 said:Bit confused by this though. Where does the name go? Or have we signed Brian Itrm?

It'll come to and end at the end of our first season back in the Premiership.SDAddick said:
This. And I'm sad that we'll (in theory) have them as our sponsor for the next three years.JiMMy 85 said:Like the design, been a fan of shoulder stripes since the Redbus kit. Having a betting sponsor is horrible though.

I understand the regulations but this would be a deal breaker for me. As the kids shirts are going to be different anyway, even more reason, to just buy a basic Nike shirt and add a badge, or not as the case may be.newyorkaddick said:It's a bit weird that if you buy your kids the shirt they will ask why theirs looks different from the players.
I like it, I will buy one but not with the adverts on it for £45. They are £14 for the basic shirt. That'll do me!0 -
Looks like a cheap knock off of the recent Puma template0

-
Am I the only one to say it looks naff?
Looks like something a non league team would wear (coming from a catalogue I suppose)!
It's not very Charlton , last years was much better!0 -
I quite like it to be honest. Even though I have a problem with anyone sponsoring our owners at the moment the itrm logo would look good on the front.2
