Now saying that the fans that protested should share the responsibility of relegation with the players

Unbelievable Geoff.2

To be fair, the day you start listening to that and giving it any credence is the day you may as well end it all6
-
unbelievable, She is a real scum bag2

Perhaps she can arrange with her husband to sell us all to Burnely for an undisclosed fee.38
-
If anything our fans were probably doing more than the players and the board to stop us being relegated!5
-
I don't normally pass comment on things like this as her hubby Chris is as pwoper Charlton as it gets, but if 60,000 of us had sung our heads off every week they would have still been relegated.
What nobody in the administration will ever admit is the squad at the start of the season was too small and too limited; Luzon carried the can and then they appointed their Les Reed figure who ensured relegation.
The January sticking plaster was too little too late and down we went. Utter, total, shambolic incompetence, delivered by an administration who can blame who they like but have reduced the club to a laughing stock.77 -
I think Chris needs to tell her to shut up. I seriously do. Aligning themselves with this toxic regime will not do him any favours when it goes. I for one think he has done a terrific job over the years and would hope his wife's mouth doesn't stop that continuing.11

If Sue Parkes cannot express anything that is even remotely critical of the regime on account of her husband being the club secretary then she really would be better off not making provocative (and by any definition ignorant) statements on social network sites. You would think she owes the man that. However she chooses not to - and I hope her comments are not forgotten when this nightmare is over.7
-
So it's the customer's fault......well, the complaining ones at any rate..........that makes sense......4
-
We should remember that Chris is not making these statements. He may agree with them, but he is not making them. His wife needs to learn from that!1

Always liked Chris. Another "proper Charlton" character , his Mrs needs to pipe down though.4

Unfortunately, that comment is so wide of the mark and needlessly inflammatory at this stage, it is quite remarkable.
People protested because the football club was in a terrible spiral of incompetency, it was not the protestor's causing that, RD and KM were managing to achieve that themselves!
She serves no one with those comments, not even the regime she is trying to defend.1 -
That's nothing compared to some of the Barneys I've had with her on Facebook, she hates being proved wrong she has a handful of followers that hang on to her every word.0
-
Don't worry Sue, you'll still get all your freebies luv.16
-
She is entitled to her views but say the owner walks out soon. Any new owner would most likely want to distance himself from the previous disasterous regime! It is her husband's job she is threatening!1
-
woman's a moron, that obviously takes pleasure in annoying people.0
-
And that one comment right there sums up the attitude of those inside the club, the blame is on everyone but themselves41
-
Yeah, sorry about that Sue I really should have done better clearing them corners, creating goal scoring chances and not switching off in the 44th minutes constantly.
I'll try better next season. Promise.19 -
Be careful though she has spies on here, I put a negative post up about her Facebook group it was only up for about 10 minutes and she was able to quote me everyword saying she had a friend tell her about it.2

Don't agree at all with what Sue has said but as Dave Lockwood's statement proves we shouldn't assume that those inside the club all love and agree with the regimeGreenie Junior said:And that one comment right there sums up the attitude of those inside the club, the blame is on everyone but themselves

Sue = Colin - just saying!1
-
How on earth can one iota of blame for that shambles of a season be placed at the door of the fans? Do us all a favour please,7
-
Dopey bint.
Go and weed the garden or darn your husbands socks instead of posting that crap.3 -
Not defending Sue, I think she's pretty wide of the mark on this statement but let's get it clear, she pays for her season ticket, she doesn't get a "freebie" as some think.4
-
Ridiculous comment, but not surprising considering she spends ALL games within boardrooms, particularly home games where probably to justify to the visiting directors the protesters are all idiots and best to laugh at them.
Serous question would be is there any non employee/non director of a football club within England who has received as much hostpitatially as her over the last 20+ years? And if there is anyone who can beat this do they show as much disdain for the supporters as this individual?5 -
Anyone pointed out to her that we usually performed better during protest matches?6
-
She's entitled to her opinion of course, but if she had half a brain she should keep it to herself, social media is a great dickhead filter!1
-
Fair enough mate but you can't tell me she doesn't get all the trappings when rubbing shoulders with the powers that be that us mere mortals never get a sniff of.BDL said:Not defending Sue, I think she's pretty wide of the mark on this statement but let's get it clear, she pays for her season ticket, she doesn't get a "freebie" as some think.
