Skeleton Tree: Had a quick listen. Not really a Nick Cave fan but his new album is supposed to be a real heart tugger, considering the circumstances of the time that some of it was recorded during.
Apparently there is an accompanying film which is probably also a hard watch.2 -
yeah the film is called one more time with feeling. meant to be really good, well, in a emotive way. shot in black and white 3D. shame I cant wear the glasses as I would go and see this.carly burn said:Skeleton Tree: Had a quick listen. Not really a Nick Cave fan but his new album is supposed to be a real heart tugger, considering the circumstances of the time that some of it was recorded during.

Have been playing this while lazing by the pool. Glorious...and spot on about the baseline.1 -
Peter Warlock's Capriol Suite, played here by the wonderful Norwegian Chamber Orchestra.
Warlock lived in Eynsford in the mid 1920s. He liked a beer or three. Or five. Among his other works are The Curlew and the lovely carol Bethlehem Down. I rate him a wonderful composer.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OdibDKnp7Mc
