    My dad bought some of the grit with grooves recently from b&q using his old person discount but as a younger person I can't even find a link for it (buries head in shame and looks forward to having the time to understand whether it's worth getting and if so how to get some)

    Have been classed as underweight my whole life and it annoys me really as I'm fit and as healthy as anyone else and whenever I've been told I'm underweight its always felt otherwise (that I'm not fit and healthy), simply because I'm 6.4ft and 10st 7

    Had my yearly Health Assessment today and despite still being underweight my BMI is now only .25 from being classed as "normal"
