Currently sitting half way through a week long workshop on a new database technology. We have staff ranging from tech (dev) to project management. This represents a cracking opportunity to complete overhaul the MDM of the business.. and it's being blown.

I'm witnessing what must amount to thousands of pounds blown away on completely emulating the existing MDM which leaves a lot to be desired. Listening to the planning behind developing a PoC system using the new data layer... constrained by emulating the previous system thats getting overhauled. Half the staff working on the PoC will literally not be using the new technology, and will be working on what appears to be a 1:1 clone of a UI!

Alas, I don't have the status (a lone contractor making up the numbers right now, and liaising with external agencies) or domain knowledge to really call it out.

Feeling utterly dejected. What an opportunity missed.

Ok, so can you all either DM me your email address or your email address domains (e.g. gmail.com) if you don't want me to know your email? There isn't a setting where anyone who knows the name of the chat can join, you need to do it via invitation email or by allowing anyone with a set domain to join.
