The man is a legend.3
-
Absolutely love him as a man and player. He puts himself on the line everytime he plays. So glad he has 'survived' the idiocy of this regime and I hope to see him for years to come, in whatever capacity that might be. Thanks again, Nug!1

One of my all time favourite players. I have a serious amount of man love for Jacko.
Proper Charlton.
That goal against QPR and the celebration is one of my all time favourite footballing (and non footballing) moments. Made even more significant by what we now know was going on in the background and that it was SCP's last game at home. And made even sweeter by it being the first football game I went to with my girlfriend's Dad who is a QPR fan.
So many good goals over the years! What a player for us. Thank God for players like him during this current mess. One of the few things that keep my affinity to the club going.
Man I love a knee slide.4 -
An absolute Charlton legend. Those memories will never be taken from us.
His time is still not over.2 -
The geezer is a Charlton legend, we seem to get them all from different era's and in this era he is certainly a legend.3
-
That fella..right there, is Charlton. Always be Charlton.
Charlton,Charlton,Charlton!1 -
Yep. Him and Powell as manager, I don't remember us having a manager / skipper combo that seem to love the club so much.northstandsteve said:The geezer is a Charlton legend, we seem to get them all from different era's and in this era he is certainly a legend.
Jacko has been a shining light of the last ten years. Love the bloke

I believe the shirt was sent as a result of reading Kyle's blog. A very powerful, heartfelt and moving piece of writing. I hope all on here, whatever their view of the regime, will offer support to this courageous young lad.

He's a proper club captain. He's always conducted himself with absolute class, especially since RD's reign of stupidity.0
-
I wish could have gone on for another 10 minutes, Merry Christmas Skipper1
-
You have captains, and then you have JJ.3
-
If you thought he did well in those clips, you should have seen him before he legs went.8

Video blocked by EFL .............. fucking wankers from belgium involved no doubt1

Can't see the latest vid either. Can we get another link like before?1

The second one the club have had blocked. First was Solly, now Jacko. They obviously have a problem with CARD featuring current players.
CAFC Comms staff who read this - tell us, what's the issue here? All you are doing is denying many, many Charlton fans a little christmas cheer.
Great example of valuing your "customers"??2 - Sponsored links:

It's on the CARD facebook page
https://www.facebook.com/CharltonCARD/
Funny how both Olly Groome and Steve Adamson who work for the club in the Communications department have videos of Charlton matches on their personal youtube accounts, cue them being taken down in the next 5 minutes!
The fans really aren't the club with this lot are they?8 -
Thanks @Nug should've thought about checking the FB page. Great video once again. JJ has been a great captain through an extremely difficult period. Despite the issues, he has always managed to hold his head high, do his job to the best of his capabilities and keep the fans right behind him. Not an easy task in the current climate I would guess.2

Just FYI, the EFL are hot on copyright and we've got a hell of a lot of better things to do today than worry about getting things blocked.0
