    Prods - great album, Verve is a good call too - but I prefer storm in heaven. Went off Oasis after first album, but Morning Glory was a bit of a classic.

    I once stayed at U2's Clarence Hotel in a room below the penthouse. Got totally trolleyed in Dublin and all I could find worth playing on the room's cd was Beach Boys 'Pet Sounds'.

    Unfortunately I fell asleep as I played it at No11 volume and on repeat. . . .

    By 3am, the neighbours in the upstairs penthouse weren't too amused and called security, who nearly broke into my room by smashing the door in.

    Found out next morning (behind sunglasses), that my neighbours who complained were the very delightful 'Girls Aloud' . . .

    Everytime I hear 'Sloop John B' I think of them......

    The Original Soundtrack contains the classic One night in Paris a great song as well as I'm Not in Love which was a good slow one at the end of the evening back in the day...

    Duke - Genesis (watching 'When in Rome' at the mo, bringing back great memories of Twickers.........never thought I'd see them again.......I love them!!!!)

    Upstairs at Erics - Yazoo (saw them at the Apollo recently, OMG!!! that gal can sing!)

    The Hurting - Tears for Fears (it was just so different at the time)

    Thriller - Michael Jackson (I nearly put Off the Wall, it was very close)

    No need to argue - The Cranberries (again, when it came out it just hit the spot)

    I've judged it by albums I played over & over so much I can still sing the songs now they're on my ipod & expect to hear the jumps when I played them to death on vinyl ;-)

    It was hard to just pick 5 though!
