It doesn't matter who the manager is. We simply put don't have the quality and balance in the squad.
Solly has been injury prone for a few years now and we have still failed to find someone better or to really compete with him for that Right back role.
Failed to bring in a quality left back after we sold Wiggins so using Fox.
Failed to bring in any long term dynamic fit technical centre mids. No playmaker or attacking midfielder we also lost Cousins our fittest box to box player.
Wingers/Forwards is a Merry go around we seem to rotate every couple of months.
3 options for signing first team players.
1. From under 23s.
2. Over 30, bit past it, injury prone cheaper option.
3. Very inexperienced, hasn't played many senior games at any level. A gamble
