    We attack, but unsuccessfully and they break, but JJ cuts down Maddison, and they get a free kick in our half.

    Just had a look at L1 Statto form table Gillingham 19th, Peterborough 20th & (coughs a little) Charlton 24th, bottom of form table over last 6 games with 0.33.

    Chipped into the box... Rudd claims easily. We counter quickly. Holmes to Watt, backheel, no good.

    McGee launches it. JJ wins the header, JFC to Chix, who goes forward to Watt, who gets the ball but Smith gets in there. We briefly win it, but Grant outmuscles Holmes. Down the line to Nichols, Tex and Byrne work on it, JFC gets to it and goes long, Watt chases, but McGee has it again.

    We have it now, chicksen in the shadows, but we lose the ball and posh respond, neat work from posh until they get ragged, and we return it to their keeper

    Posh have not had a home clean sheet for 11 matches they say.

    Maddison, to Williams, in our half... Byrne is beaten by the 1-2 and they then mess it up. We get a throw near our box. JFC back to Rudd, long to Watt and Williams wins it again. Boro keep the ball in, and Forrest is on the attack, Tex gets it and we go long, lose it, they go long and get it. Nichols to Smith, to Willy Lopez, but JFC cuts it out, finds Watt who tries to beat Stephen Baldwin, but only gets a throw.

    Tex has it at the back, back to Rudd. Goes long to Baldwin, up long but JFC gets it, to Novak, in their area... NO! WE NEARLY SCORED! But try again, a couple of great blocks, JJ to Byrne... crosses, but Bostwick gets there. Novak had a great chance and lost out to a last ditch tackle.

    17' 0-0 - we should be winning but Bostwick made a super tackle. Watt laid it off to Novak and he tok his sweet time. Bostwick, Baldwin and Grant have all been credited with the tackles. It doesn't add up.

    It's third tier football all right. Inconsistent, messy stuff. But we get a corner. Holmes to take it from the right hand side. Some aggro in the box, ref calls it and has a word. Corner to be retaken, which is great cos Holmes messed it up. Grant and Watt being spoken to. Watt was fouled earlier and perhaps getting his own back.

    Holmes tries again... nice... this tim they head it clear. Bostwick heads. JFC picks it up... messes it up, and they have a throw.

    GK taken by McGee. Williams wins it, to Nichols but we intercept, Lopes picks it up. Chix applies pressure and they get a throw. Maddison takes, to Smith, to Lopes, to MAddison, Ulvs get a toe in, to Williams though, 1-2 on the edge of box, another 1-2 but Byrne intercepts. Throw to them near our box.
