Two things I've seen today - construction worker with "Think Safety" emblazoned on the rear of hi-vi riding a bicycle whilst talking on a mobile, and a council pest control van with windows down and stereo on full with boom boom blaring out

    Indeed......who was the comedian who commented something like.....a traffic jam when you're already late is only ironic if you're on the way to a town planner's meeting.
