Potter returning from injury, was the reason they let Poyet go.

Ben Reeves and Darren Potter are the two most likely we'll be in for supposedly.

not seen enough of Page to really compare .. what I have seen ? .. not that impressed (to put it politely) but he's young and could improve before long .. Lewington is a VERY experienced and clever player, a good captain .. the type we are going to need especially if the intention is to play a young team next season .. Lewington is 32, BUT remember (e.g.) Mark Bowen, one of the best left backs we've ever had, he was well into his 30s when he signed on for us ..

I am not sure that we are signing too many older players in the summer . I too was an admirer of Lewington a few years ago .

I quoted about Potter because Robbo has praised him publicly more than once . When Poyet was allowed to leave his loan spell and more recently when he pulled the strings against us in MKD's recent Valley victory . Why would he do that ? He does not normally praise opposition players . I could see Potter being a like for like replacement for Andrew Crofts .

The other MKD players I have a hunch about are David Martin who at 31 is still young for a keeper and Ben Reeves .

Agreed. Although my son isn't a fan of David Martin & he knows his stuff.

I'd be surprised if they didn't keep Lewington, especially if they lose Potter and Martin as well, a genuine club legend who still looked decent the other week
