I'm sorry but what a useless protest other than making the club pay for extra stewarding and police. Why not get the game cancelled?

I wasn't there to judge, but I'm sure people are doing the best they can. It's a decision to either protest legally and within the laws/remit and have a few people moaning OR go OTT and get games cancelled which would lose support rapidly...JoshrewCAFC said:I'm sorry but what a useless protest other than making the club pay for extra stewarding and police. Protests are Ofcourse effected by 'external' forces, like how the club police the game etc - so regardless of how much is planned of course not al can be completed!
Today's game was just like a friendly and the atmosphere only kicked in straight after a goal or when protesters songs were sung so either way it gets a message across!
Either way, the club will have had to pay a lot of extra money on the stewards and OB, and may face a fine for pitch invasion etc so still effective!

Made the effort to go for the demo thought it was very quiet and feel,that the regime is winning pop up into cross roads to have one last look at the valley noisier up there and very busy.
Left for home as no way would pay extra 3 pounds to get in on the day.
They will be here next season and will carry on making a shambles of our club.
So very sad.0 -
