    Really enjoyed this series but I must admit, I do like my meat cooked a bit more than it seeminly is supposed to be! Personal taste doesn't seem to come into it.

    I met the American guy that won a few years ago in the Euston Tap (he worked there), shortly after he won. He was less humble
