Ex players you'd love to have a beer with

Setting

Not a mad night out, a Sunday lunchtime pub with roast potatoes, cheese and biscuits on the bar, football on the big screen ( only for the 4pm game). A few pints after a Sunday morning vets game that is no doubt going to extend into early Sunday evening.

Company rules

Choose 4 ex footballers to make up your circle.

I'm going for:

Peter Reid - jokes
Ally McCoist - jokes
Paul Merson - butt of jokes
David Seaman - laughs at jokes

Who can put together a better Sunday sesh quartet ?

  • Gazza
    Ian Wright
    Peter Crouch

Reckon they'd be a good laugh over a few beers before the afternoon/evening turned sour when Gazza got himself arrested.
  • Alan McCormack ... Knows all the best places to go...
Peter Garland ... Man surely knows his food
Peter Crouch ... So finally people can realise we dont look alike, I just happen to be tall and skinny
Dale Stephens ... So people can learn that there are different spellings of our surname
  • Mark Bosnich
    Jake Livermore
    Adrain Mutu
    Merson

Bollocks to the eating part, just get on it.

Would have to swap one of them for Robbie Fowler just to add a bit of controversy
  • Di Canio
    Joey Barton
    Cantona
    Vinnie Jones
