Great win for Bromley away to Gateshead2

darts 3 1 winners. Only 3 points separating top 60

Chelmsford came back from 2 down to win 5-20

Just got back from PVR, thoroughly enjoyable afternoon and thought some of Wellings football was excellent.
Also met a Charlton supporter called John Power (I think) who'd traveled from Cambridge not realising the game at the Valley was off so went to Welling instead.1 -
Woking won 1-0..great goal from Charles cook who was anonymous most of the match. Nice scrap in the park on the way back to the station.0

Just seen Sheppey beat Erith 3-1.

Just back from the game. Thoroughly entertaining first half which was fairly even was followed by Dartford dominating the second and deservedly running out winners.redman said:darts 3 1 winners. Only 3 points separating top 6

I bumped into a group of German addicks who had booked flights and hotels for the Peterborough game. They went to welling instead, hope they had a good day.mistrollingin said:Just got back from PVR, thoroughly enjoyable afternoon and thought some of Wellings football was excellent.

Saw Billericay beat Hendon 4-3.
He's got quite a thing happening at Billericay......0 -
Saw Cheshunt beat Herne Bay 3-0 in an FA Trophy Preliminary match.1

What did you think, thought Hamlet were efficient rather than spectacular, lacked sharpness in the last third, good save by Preston Edwards from a poor penalty. Thought The atmosphere was more constrained than usual.seth plum said:Back from Dulwich Hamlet.

Was going to go to slimbridhe v Hartley wintney but as mentioned went to woking instead. Train journey to Slimbridge was 3 hours from Basingstoke.0

Agree, none of the usual singing as such.Kap10 said:

I think Dulwich had been hit by injuries and were short up front, they clearly deserved to win but the expected storming second half didn't materialise.
The average home attendance this season must be a solid 1500 at the moment, and there are teams in higher leagues that could do with those numbers.1 -
He came on as sub at Cray Valley last Saturday and I think he started today. Good left sided player.LenGlover said:

With a wage bill that's reportedly bigger than some league 2 clubs it's hardly surprisingSimonsen said:Saw Billericay beat Hendon 4-3.

Went there earlier in the season v Burgess Hill Town. Nice ground. They rinsed them 6-1 and could have scored 10. Surprised they haven't scored double figures in a game, but they seem to be inconsistent. Pennant ran circles around the Burgess Hill Right Back, which was a stark example of the difference between Premier League standard players and non-league. The Right Wing Back couldn't get close enough to kick him. Apparently Pennant is on 3k a week.Simonsen said:Saw Billericay beat Hendon 4-3.

It was just Konchesky playing yesterday out of their big names. He went to left back after being in midfield and did well. Looks very fit and he's clearly enjoying it there.Tutt-Tutt said:

They play a direct style and hit diagonals to a massive front man (Cunnington?) He either heads across goal or at goal....very effective.
We (Hendon) played the more attractive style and had a really good go. All three of our goals were top quality finishes. Danny Uchechi came on for us towards the end and made a big difference.....they struggled to get near to him because of his movement. It was a superb game. I just hope they don't do a Chelsea and buy our best player....goalie, Tom Lovelock. Quite a few older Hendon fans are saying he's the best Hendon goalie since John Swannell (England Amateur).
Its all too easy to be sceptical about the bloke pumping money in at Billericay but it was good up there yesterday. The staff (loads of them!) were really welcoming and there is a sense of fun there. Its not really my thing but the bar was rocking before and after the game. The music (mainly 80's disco) was banging in there! People were having a great time.
I also thought the proper sweet shop was a great touch! Jars of dolly mixtures, bonbons and all the rest!2 -
Enjoyable day out, though the missus tucked me up in Bluewater after....buckshee said:Just seen Sheppey beat Erith 3-1.

Cray Wanderers 8 Horsham 0 in the FA Trophy.
A shocking Horsham were 5-0 down at half-time. With ten minutes to go I was expecting to see a team hit double figures for the first time, unfortunately it was not to be.

Chippy I went to the same game and wasn't impressed the way he strolled around but may have been under orders. He used his pace to nick the ball on a few occassions and showed quality in possession. Not sure he has played behind the striker for us although he has played FB and across MF. Perhaps needs to learn one role than be a utility player.Chippycafc said:Woking won 1-0..great goal from Charles cook who was anonymous most of the match. I went to maidenhead v Aldershot, it was good value at £10 for a 3-3 thriller, Maidenhead behind twice and then conceded equalizer in time added on.
Crowd 2,400.0 -
Toss up between that and woking, I found out there was going to be lots of police there and horses and all that crap, so went to woking instead.msomerton said:I went to maidenhead v Aldershot, it was good value at £10 for a 3-3 thriller, Maidenhead behind twice and then conceded equalizer in time added on.

Full page article in today's Times,by Gregor Robertson, on his visit to Dulwich Hamlet on Saturday. "There were supporters of Manchester City, Arsenal, Grimsby Town and Crystal Palace there." No mention of ours as usual!0
