What a year it has been for England at youth level.
Can't wait to see the players from these teams fail to get game time in the Prem, rot in the reserves and struggle at full international level.

If a large proportion of the current youth setup don't get given a chance at senior level then serious questions will be asked about the premier league.
We've now reached:
U17 Euro final
U17 World cup final
U19 Euro final (winners)
U20 World cup final (winners)
U21 Euro semi finals
Toulon tournament final (winners with a second string side)
Right now we're arguably the best nation in the world for youth football, so there's simply no excuse for them to not be given a chance. As i said yesterday if the players were spanish or german, the big clubs would be queueing up to sign them for 30m and stick them in the side ahead of english players.5 -
