Hmm. It's been said many times, but worried he is selling to the less cash rich Oz lot in order to keep the ground and recoup his lost money in some long term scheme.4

Being Charlton of course it will be the less than spectacular option but anything to see the back of Captain Haddock the Belgian oxygen thief...1

The current mood of the Charlton fans
The battle of the Muir's
Andrew Vs Donald
Let see who wins4 -
The skint Aussies were sniffing around months ago - don't think they're at all involved any longer.
Muir the newer Aussie has plenty of cash. It's whether a relatively rich owner spends it sensibly as we've experienced with Roland...3 -
I think @ElfsborgAddick will still carry on going mate.blackpool72 said:Got a good feeling about this.

I’m still hearing it’s the Scottish but we will see.0

My judgement is reserved until such time as I know the detail. Should it transpire that Duchatelet retains ownership of The Valley, CAFC will remain cast in shadow. If he sells both club and ground, I forecast a double rainbow. Let's hope that long spells of warm sunshine follow.11

Maybe it's a Scots/Oz dreamteam?0

It’s a disgrace the way threads get derailed with real news. #W@nkers.moutuakilla said:WTF is all this about. I came on here for puns and I get genuine takeover news. Sort it out guys

Its not Muir v Muir is it, nor is it rich Aussie's v poor Aussie's. We have two newly reported details today; that is that Murray has told staff it will likely happen in February, and Airman tells us it's likely to be an Aussie consortium.
Fully expect these points to get lost in lots of other nonsense but if we could stay within the auspices of these details only it would help keep the focus of the thread. Could we also ignore any johnny-come-latelys to this thread who haven't bothered staying with it from way back and then ask dumb questions about value after 350+ plus pages, and set off that whole shitfest again. Thank you.11 -

Ps - Joke for any Plod still watching out for Tone10 -
Could the two Scots be working for Muir ?0

Doesnt seem to be much different to what we already knew other than what Airman says.. Murray said to the Trust prior to the Walsall game that the deal was likely to be complete in February so seems to be on time1

That all sounds encouraging0

When was the last time local journalists broke news about Charlton before it was on the OS?ShootersHillGuru said:Who are GTKTheNetwork ? Would they know ?
Wouldn’t Richard Cawley be likely to break this ?0
