Cardiff win under Sir Chris! The crowd turned that game: we rocked.25

Queens Park Rangers under Chris
I'd even say the Valley was rocking when we won 2-1 against Hull under Luzon6 -

Just like the good ol’ days of the North Stand, full to the brim, chanting “bounce in a minute....”7

Had a neutral (Liverpool supporting) friend come with me today. He had a great time. After all the pain of the last few years, today was one of those days that makes.ms think being a Charlton supporter is the best fucking thing on earth.21

Felt like an away game today - spot on today!1

Managed to get there in the end today and boy was I glad we did. Superb atmosphere, whole ground was rocking
Great to see the north (lower and upper) more full today4 -
The play off home leg v Ipswich in 98, but that evening it was like it for the whole game.
Something for Keith Moon and the youth to try and beat for a possible home playoff game2 -

A friend of mine took his Fulham supporting daughter to the game. She said it was louder than anything she had heard.2

Craven Cottage and the Fulham fans aren't exactly famous for their raucous atmosphere to be fair!CHG said:A friend of mine took his Fulham supporting daughter to the game. She said it was louder than anything she had heard.

Yeah she said the walk from the station was louder than the Cottage. Did ask where the Waitrose was though...killerandflash said:

Can you imagine what it could have been if we weren't owned by this numpty? Today's atmosphere was incredible. A full Valley is so special, I can't wait till we get it back.9

To be honest, not sure I’m having any of the other games mentioned.
I’ve always sat North Upper, and there has been dozens of games I’ve felt the ground is rocking but in reality it’s just North Upper.
Today, sitting in the East, the whole stand was standing and singing along with the North Upper. Not just clapping along in time, standing and singing. I don’t ever remember that.
Was in the same seats for the Swindon play off game and today I’m confident was a better atmosphere second half.
Love it

I have to say the East Stand was surprisingly loud. Sitting in the North Upper it has always seemed to me that the West Stand is a bit louder than the East.AFKABartram said:To be honest, not sure I’m having any of the other games mentioned.

But the East were loving it today, absolutely rocking, as was the family stand too!
Was great seeing chants being started by various different people as well, not just those around the drum.
What a great atmosphere. The Portsmouth and Blackburn games have given me the Charlton bug I haven't had for years and years.23
