Many of us dream of that early 2014/15 form. The reality was that he wasn't that good after that initial spell. Agreed it'll be good to have him back but, while we all know what potential lies within, we should temper our expectations. Most of us haven't seem him play for 2 years or more, and we don't really know what toll the injuries may have taken. My impression is that Igor wants to play for us this season, if he had wanted to go to Europe again he would have left in July, it's not as if he's been injured all summer6

“Igor joined in training today [Monday], which is a big positive. And we have, hopefully, got the rest of them coming back into training apart from Billy Clarke from Monday.
“We’ve got to be careful with them, we can’t rush them and chuck them all back in at the deep end. It’s good to start getting some bodies back because it seems like they have been out forever.
“What them coming back does is create competition for places and it makes our bench stronger. The lads who have been involved from the start of the season have done well, they have all taken everything on board and have worked hard.

Yes, then Fosu will be back for a few games before he has another hamstring problem. Vetokele will probably do likewise. Reeves will make a couple of appearances in thr new year before breaking his leg pirouhetting, with no opposition player even close. Clarke will hopefully return brforr xmas.killerandflash said:
