    Wrong to play Pope at 4 in my view.

    Stick to the formula that has worked so well this year. Burns and Rocky to open. Harinath at 3 (as Borthwick is injured) Elgar 4 with Foakes and Pope there to kill off any team when they are tired.

    Quite possibly. Or maybe they wanted to include Jacks after his key 48 in the last match and he would need to be at 6.
