Welcome to Earth And Fire, a Dutch symphonic prog/rock band. Largely unknown in England, this creative and trail-blazing band, fronted by Jerney Kaagman, made some splendid records.
That album got played to death by my circle of friends @i_b_b_o_r_g . Brings back memories of sitting round with a bunch of herberts on a Sunday afternoon, playing Tekken and sharing a few jazz woodbines. Good times.
just heard a new song from some bloke called juice world with the song lucid dreams (average song imo) which samples (sting was sampled originally) this genuine hip hop classic. so had to dig out the record 'It was written'.
Saw this man 10 days ago playing this thing live at the Polish club Hammersmith, so checked it out on YouTube. If your life is too good, Janusz Kohut is the answer. https://youtu.be/jP2xKaCoyEc

Coleman Hawkins with a little help from Ben Webster - La Rosita
Very smooth and relaxing jazz rap with some soul infused elements, the lyrics are my favourite thing about it though, just fantastic.
