Moss Bros hire mate .0

is that pricy though?0

by the time you've paid out for hire, if you're only ever gonna wear them once or twice, you might as well buy a cheap dinner suit. Matalan we're selling them last week (don't ask...)0
-
cant remember to be honest thought is was about £50 to hire but you get all the gear. suit , bow tie, waist coat. You can even hire a kilt with all the gear if you wanted .Royal Stewart (not Rod) tartan. Had to escort an Indian lady to a posh do it was a National Costum Ball , she looked the b*llox in her sari a went as James Bond --- white tux etc . That was hired from Moss Bros.0

buying the suit is about £100 and makes a decent investment.be sure to get a real bow-tie rather than a supermarket clip on.0
-
its not a good investment if you're unlikely to wear it again !0
-
bow tie aint a problem as we make them as a business i will probably print some up with the club bage on them agree with barts not a good investment to buy at the moment on e-bay there is one for £250

Go to 'Suits You' in Bluewater. You'll pick up a bargain. Got mine for £125 including a shirt and tie.0

ASDA used to sell them for about £50 .
Makros as well usually have them at same price this time of year and decent quality - bought mine from their.0 -
charity shops usually have a good range. Got mine with bow tie for a fiver. Dont wear it often so it suffices0
-
Got mine from ASDA for that amount. I use it maximum twice a year so well worth it.[cite]Posted By: Ledge[/cite]ASDA used to sell them for about £50 .

Moss Bros tends to have some deals on buying everything too...I got the suit, shirt and tie for about £100 from there last year....wear it once, maybe twice a year at most, but managed to put it through on my expenses ;-)0
-
I'd recommend Moss Bros, had a white tie do earlier this year and it was great, all brand new gear, still in the polythene0
-
Personally I'd hire rather than buy (not that I'm an expert), otherwise you are commiting to being the same size for a period of time!0
-
I've got a cheap tux from last years xmas do, about £120 all in. shirt/tie/patent shoes etc, from my mothers catalogue, got to get a white one this year as its a James Bond theme.0
-
£40 now with shirt and tie included at asda0
-
£50 at M&S not including shirt and Tie - its a decent quality suit as well...0
