Linares was dropped 3 times and was all over the place in the final seconds.

Andrade v Akavov on the other hand is one of the worst stoppages I’ve seen for a long time. 30 seconds left in round 12...judge for yourself.

That's a disgraceful decision. How can boxing get away with this in 2019?

If you've sky plussed the fight then you'll be out of luck when it comes to Pac V Broner as the recording stops just as they announce the fighters.

Quality... It was funny last fight when your opponent basically ran onto your fist and fell over in the first second :-D looking forward to you administering a good old fashioned thrashing this time.

St George Groves announces his retirement, something I am very pleased to hear.

He had a great career, one that I've followed closely from his amateur days, and he finally got his belt.

Happy retirement, George - thanks for the great memories.

Yeah I agree with that. George retiring is the right thing to do after the career he has had won all domestic titles, European and World and now can relax in his retirement

I'm gutted he's retired, like Bob I'd followed him since the amateurs and was genuinely delighted for him when he beat Chudinov for his world title. Such a breath of fresh air to have a British boxer with the style he had and someone who was as articulate as he is. I've always made it clear I'm a fan of his and have seen him fight plenty in the flesh I wish him a very happy retirement and hope he gets involved with broadcasting as he is too intelligent to not have his opinions heard

Loved George as a fighter was never same after leaving booth and 2 froch fighters. He didn't look right against Smith so is a good call imo. Great fighter.

Smith looked far the stronger man and the one whose shots were more powerful, first time I've seen Groves as the less powerful man in the ring. Even against Froch he was the bigger man and looked like his punches were the more venomous (apart from the one from Froch that would have knocked a buffalo out)

Agree 100% mate. Had groves winning both crouch fights kill awful stoppage and bad ko. Heart groves had he was up before 10 even though he got ktfo.

Scratch that, rumours that Whyte turned down an improved offer of £5million.
AJ vs Miller now likely for early June @ MSG.
